Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your iSteady MT3 Pro to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Securely

  Place the gimbal and all kit accessories back into the original protective carrying case and secure it within a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
